The deliveries with the current situation are maintained but the delays are unfortunately lengthened we have new delays which are presented below. The current crisis has slowed down all delivery services. Please understand that we are not responsible for this but we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

First of all, you have to count the processing time of your order which can vary between 24 to 72 hours.

Then, here are our current delivery times:

USA : 7 to 10 working days
France : 10 to 30 working days
Belgium : 10 to 30 working days
Switzerland : 10 to 30 working days
Canada : 10 to 30 working days



These times do not take into account possible delays caused by customs, strikes, flights or other exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control.

Delivery is free for all orders and shipping is free in 48H! However, if you wish you can select the VIP Shipping option which will put your order at the top of the queue, and allow it to be processed as quickly as possible!

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and out of stock, we can ship your items at different times, in different packages, to avoid delaying your order and get it to you as quickly as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped directly from one of our many international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get your order to you as quickly as they can! Due to the popularity of our offerings, please allow 7-18 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

If you do not receive your items within 65 days we will issue a full refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

All of our orders are shipped with shipping and handling insured. If an order is stuck in customs, returned or even lost during the shipping process, we apologize! The postal service is beyond our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible, or we will refund the entire order. Please read our refund and return policy carefully for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
