To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and fix the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you already have. Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If it is, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
