HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Our average delivery time is 7 to 14 working days depending on the country of the European Union.
Our products are shipped within 24/48 hours.
To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers and have no intermediary.
This allows us to offer you very attractive prices compared to what you could get in a physical store.
It is possible that the delays are longer during the periods of promotions and affluence. In these situations, we do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.

Shipping is FREE on all orders.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION !
For large packages that do not fit in the mailboxes, the carrier will contact you on the day of delivery to give it to you personally at your home (without signature).
If there is no response from you, it will be dropped off at a relay point or at the nearest post office. You will then have 14 days to recover it, otherwise it will be returned to one of our warehouses in Paris.
In the case of this second delivery, our logistic partners will charge us additional fees. We can offer you the initial delivery but for this reason we will be forced to charge you $15 extra.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once the order has been validated, we reserve the right to accept or decline the order, even if you have received a confirmation email or your payment has already been approved and we decline the order, we will refund you on the payment method used.
Please note that all orders already prepared or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or cash on delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH?
If your item arrives at your home in bad condition and is unusable, you have 14 days (from the date of delivery) to contact us by email at email@example.com with proof of this (photos or videos).
We propose you :
Either to send us back the product (the return costs must be paid by you) against a full refund of the price of this item upon receipt of the product.
This way of proceeding aims at avoiding any abuse, we count on your understanding.
Or the sending of a new product entirely at our charge.
